All payments made in support of the Sanpete County Fair Junior Livestock Program are final and non-refundable. All auction payments and add-on donations must be finalized by September 27.

 

Add-ons will no longer be accepted after this date.

Payments may be made by check payable to Sanpete County Fair Junior Livestock and mailed to P.O. Box 357, Manti, Utah 84642, or through the available online payment links. Please note that online payments will include a processing fee, which is the responsibility of the donor.

A list of Junior Livestock exhibitors is available for donors to print and use when preparing a check. For add-on donations, donors may designate any amount to as many exhibitors as they would like. Simply list next to each exhibitor's name the amount they should receive from the total donation, and include the completed list with your check. The exhibitor list may also be used to help complete the online add-on payment.

For online auction payments, the comment section must include the exhibitor's name and the buyer number. General donations made through the auction page will be placed in the Junior Livestock Barn Buddies Fund and distributed at the discretion of the Sanpete County Fair Junior Livestock Committee.

For online add-on donations, the comment section must include the name of each exhibitor and the specific amount that exhibitor is to receive. Donors may make an add-on for any amount to one exhibitor or any amount to as many exhibitors as they choose. If a donor makes a general add-on donation without providing specific exhibitor instructions in the comment section, the donation will be placed in the General Sanpete County Fair Add-Ons Fund and distributed at the discretion of the committee.
